Rule 13
Power to suspend or revoke license

(1) The licensing authority may suspend or revoke a license in the following cases:-
(a) If the license issuing officer feels that the license has been issued in a fraudulent manner during the issuance of the license, (b) If the licensing authority determines that any matter in the application submitted for the purpose of obtaining a license is false,
(c) If it is found that the license has been issued in the name of a person who has been disqualified from getting a license in accordance with rule 14,
(d) If the licensee violates anything written in the Act or these rules or acts contrary to any condition specified in the license.
(2) Notwithstanding anything else written in these rules, if there is a special situation that requires more strengthening of export and import trade, the Government of Nepal may suspend or cancel all or any licenses issued under these rules by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
